I wanna ask about coinfection syphilis and hiv because i got many symptoms and very hig exposures with womans but i wanna sk i got many test for hiv 4th gen 3 6 9 montsh later and for syphilis too can coinfection generate false negative result ?

The tests for syphilis and HIV are much more accurate than symptoms. Neither infection intereres with tests for the other: for sure your tests are reliable and you do not have either syphilis or HIV. Whatever symptoms you have, neither syphilis nor HIV is the cause. Keep working with your doctor to figure it out, but you can stop worrying about these infections. Good luck.
