Had a 48hr holter which recorded 148 ventricular and 113 supra ventricular ectopics & a run of 4 beats atrial tachycardia at 180bpm. hr ave 56 day and 45 night. is this within normal limits.?

Cardiac report: During the day and night there are variations in anyone's heart rate. The test you have had is noting what your heart rate did over a specific 48 hour period. Usually these tests are done to check your heart rhythms as well as rate. Talk to your doctor about the test results. Bring a list of your questions and your symptoms. My ekg records show a left anterior fascicular block, atrial tachycardia, nonspecific T abnormality, marked right axis, ectopic ventricular beat, low voltage in limb leads, rsr(v1) and left axis deviation. None of this was ever mentioned to me, why?
