Not sure what your question is but you need to see a rheumatologist if you haven’t already. A rheumatologist specializes in autoimmune disorders and can examine you and review all your blood tests. Certain blood tests are not specific for autoimmune disease and can just be abnormal when inflammation is present. A rheumatologist can help with this diagnosis based on exam and interpretation of tests

If a flareup of pneumonia lasted about 7-10 days in average, that would make roughly 10000 days or about 30 years of pneumonia symptoms, suggesting rather continuous symptoms. While an autoimmune disease cannot be ruled out, a somatoform disorder/hypochondriasis appears more likely.
