Ok every six months for the past two years i have coughed up bright red blood the doctors always say its pneumonia but why every six months don't make scence?

Curious indeed: There are other reasons for coughing up blood than pneumonia although that's probably the most common cause. The pattern doesn't suggest anything specifically, but at some point it would be wise to have bronchoscopy (looking into the airways with a scope) to ensure there isn't another reason for your symptom.

Need evaluation...: Coughing up blood, called hemoptysis, is usually caused by bronchitis. But, it always needs to be investigated because it can be a sign of malignancy. You describe recurrent hemoptysis. You should be seen by a lung specialist since you probably need your airways examined via a bronchoscopy (scope in airways) as well as a cat scan of your chest. If you smoke, you need to quit today. See your doctor.
