Can you please explain to me why is it possible i have polycystic ovaries on ultrasound but everything else is normal like hormones, ovulation, period. do i have the metabolic syndrome? is it the same? does it effect fertility?

Presence of ovarian cysts is not polycystic ovarian syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is entirely different and the two are not related. If you have no other symptoms you have neither and you fertility should not be affected. Relax. wish you good health.
