I have polycystic ovaries in u/s but my hormone lvls are normal, regular 33 day cycles&prog lvls show i ovulate. i am slim&do not have acne. do i have to do something about it? i cannot understand y i have it if else is ok. effect on fertility?

If your are trying to get pregnant, but it has not happened after one year of unprotected sex, it would be prudent to consult you gynecologist and may be a fertility specialist. Wish you good health!
