I have polycystic looking ovaries always on ultrasound, but when I do progesterone blood test it always indicates I ovulated, am thin and have no acne, have regular periods. please explain why? am planning to try to conceive in a year time?
Where do polycystic ovaries on ultrasound come from if you ovulate every month and everything else is normal hormones etc including progesterone (blood tests done multiple times) to confirm this ( & other signs ewcm)?
