When you have polycystic looking ovaries on ultrasound, is it because of them harder to get pregnant or because you dont ovulate? i am asking because i have polycystic looking ovaries but always ovulate, regular periods, hormone bld tests are normal?

Polycystic looking ovaries are normal in some women and by themselves do not make it harder to conceive. They may be a result of chronic anovulation but that doesn't seem to be your situation. You have not described any increased risk for infertility.
