Whatever you enjoy doing. It should never be something you easily avoid. Do it for 3 weeks in a row to make it a habit. However, you lose more by controlling what you eat than by exercise. Get a nutrition coach if you need it.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You need to reduce your caloric intake and increase physical activity. Any type of activity, walking, jogging, jumping rope, treadmill, cycling, dancing, etc will do. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
