In absence of elevated white blood cells in the urine, almost certainly you do not have a UTI. And although I am unfamiliar with the particular microscopic exam you had or with what is considered normal for the number of bacteria, by standard diagnostic measure, UTI occurs with bacterial levels over 100,000 per ml.

If you have no symptoms like burning, frequency pain, fever . chances are great you do not have a UTI. Urine if not collected properly can give odd results. Repeat it under sterile conditions.
