Tsh historically 4.5-4.7. recent tsh was 6.02 uiu/ml. primary care md repeated the tsh and added t4 free. results = tsh 3.56 and t4 0.96. i have severe fatigue, muscle aches, sensitivity to cold + some hair loss. could this be hypothyroidism?

By the second results, your TSH and Free T4 are in ranges so you do not have hypothyroidism. Even with borderline high TSH of 6.02 with the first test, most people are asymptomatic and we call those cases as subclinical hypothyroidism. Your symptoms are not due to thyroid problem.
