Hypothyroid sx: Is that a Free T4? A FT4 of 1.24 would be normal in most assays, as would a TSH of 1.15. If these tests are indeed normal, then your symptoms are not from hypothyroidism, which is too bad, since thyroid would be easy to treat. Best to talk to your doctor about what else this can be.
