You should see a GYN doctor for appropriate care. Vaginal discharge with dyspareunia (painful sexual activity) are not normal.

You could have vaginitis. To be treated you have to be seen and the discharge examined by your Gyn. The whitish stuff is smegma. clean that up with mild soap and water.
