Need visit: Your urine symptoms may indication of a UTI and needs to be evaluated further. The discharge may be a vaginal infection, or even a STD. You will need visit to your provider for further testing to be done to give you the answer. The constipation is another issue. Frequently this may be caused by inadequate fluid intake(water) Also a diet with more fiber will help. Discuss this with provider
