It could be dyspepsia, gas pain or biliary colic (due to gallstones). You can take antacid with simethicone (Mylanta plus or something alike) as a trial to combat the first 2 problems which usually subside within a couple hours. If pain becomes severe and you have nausea, vomit or fever, go to the hospital.
