Would get it checked: Typically left lower quadrant pain could be related to intestinal or gynecological organs, but radiating down to your knee is a bit unusual. Typically things that radiate down to the knee are related to the back, but there could be some specific things that could relate pain going down the left knee and the left quadrant. Would recommend discussing it in more detail.
