PID symptoms: Symptoms of PID are severe pelvic pain - and yes, it is usually constant - and abnormal discharge. The discharge is usually yellow/green and has a foul odor. You may also have some abnormal bleeding, fever, chills, or feelings of general malaise. The best way to know if you have PID is to have a pelvic exam.
