For the last couple weeks, child having episodes of sudden lower right abdomen pain when she moves a certain way or when she coughs. doesnt hurt to jump up n down. does get generalized belly aches here n there. no other symptoms. what could it be?

A review of history, symptoms, & direct abdominal exam will be needed to sort this out for starters. Testing may also be needed based on exam findings. Call her doc for an appointment.
