Abdominal discomfort: Can be a number of things; upper abdomen GERD/gastritis. gallbladder, pancreas ( less likely the pain is severe and you'd be in an ER), rarely liver. Since you are on thyroxine check the levels if high can result in gastroinestinal pain and GERD. Lower abdomen ca nbe diverticulitis, appendix if on the right , constipation, colitis/ inflammatory or irritable bowel. F/u/ w /doc
