What doctor shall i see for a sudden arm pain that doesn't seem to have a trigger (no bruise, no accident etc)? the pain is worsened by movement and in 3 days it hasn't gone any better?

Your primary care doc or GP would be best to start with an exam. An urgent care center would be next. Depending on findings, further workup and a possible referral may follow.
