I got a bruise on my arm i fell cleaning the bathroom wall it's a purple small bruise and hurts i got it instantly i just didn't notice i fell inside the tub i didn't hit my head luckily. i just wanted to know do i need to see a doctor?

You suffered an arm contusion at a minimum. That usually heals by itself in few days to couple of weeks. In case pain unbearable, or getting worse in time, not being able to use your arm properly an exam with your doctor will be needed.
