I have done fess last year & since then, i'm doing saline rinse(2times/day) and using steroid spray(1time/day) in my nostrils regularly. so, other gp said to discontinue steroid spray. should i? because i'm worried it may trigger the polyps again?

It depends on how were you treated with steroid spray in the first place? If you had allergic rhinitis with resulting polyps and sinusitis, stopping steroid spray may not be a good idea. However, if you do not have history of allergic rhinosinusitis, you should stop steroid spray.
