Nasal polyposis: FESS x 2, isn't truly a nice experience, I totally agree, hope you won't have to go for it any more. Polyps in the sinuses and nasal cavities can grow for a multitude of reasons, mainly chronic inflammation, which can be due to allergies, wish we know the histopathology of the removed polyps. Treating the chronic inflammation to prevent recurrence helps, but some cases tend to recur, see comment

My allergies always get well controlled with oral antihisthamines. But if i use nasal steroid sprays, there is not even 1% improvement. please explain me technical reason why i do not respond to it?i dont have nasal polyps but DNS is present?
