Nasal polyposis: FESS x 2, isn't truly a nice experience, I totally agree, hope you won't have to go for it any more. Polyps in the sinuses and nasal cavities can grow for a multitude of reasons, mainly chronic inflammation, which can be due to allergies, wish we know the histopathology of the removed polyps. Treating the chronic inflammation to prevent recurrence helps, but some cases tend to recur, see comment
