What's the difference between a saline nasal spray & a nasal rinse (neti pot)? i was told the spray will keep my nostrils moist. how? it's not a lube

Nasal saline: spray or rinse are the same almost, different technique of introducing the saline into the nasal cavity. As for keeping it moist, yes the saline dissolves the thick mucus and secretions , thus helping the natural moisturizing mechanisms of the nasal cavity lining to function properly, hope this helps, good luck
