Never received my doctors note from the doctor i was set up with . even told him multiple times he did everything else but give me my docs note after agreeing and im not paying another doctor just to ignore my request again?

This is the HT public information site. It does not offer notes/scripts/or other direct patient services and nothing you post here will reach other HT sites. If you connected with a HT doc on a pay site call the help desk of that site with your concerns. Otherwise nothing will happen.

I cannot tell exactly what your situation is, but I assume you saw a physician, or perhaps had a Telehealth visit somewhere. For a documented visit in person or by video, you should be able to get an excuse. If it was in an office, speak with the nurse or front office. Another physician will likely not write you a note for a visit done by another physician or practice. Good luck
