Withdrawal : You are probably experiencing withdrawal symptoms from stopping the caffeine. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and exercising causes vasodilation which (opens up ur blood vessels) which can cause the headaches. Hang in there u will soon reap the benefits of no caffeine! :)
