How would an ent doc know if i needed a bilateral or an inferior turbinate reduction without a ct scan? concerned my surgery is set w/o one.

a 3 dimensional view: Through the nose is a good way to assess the turbinates. Ask your doctor if a turbinate reduction is indicated.
