At your age almost certainly nothing to worry about. Headache not heart related nor is back pain. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Then discus with your Dr.

If you have mitral valve prolapse with regurgitation, your symptoms could represent transient and non-serious arrhythmias. It is important to confirm this by recording your ECG during palpitations and assess the significance of your "palpitations" based on the findings. The association of mitral prolapse is well known but does not PROVE that your symptoms are due to an arrhythmia. Good luck.
