What could cause something that looks like a bruise or a long shadow line in the thoracic portion of your back? i have gotten a swollen bump there for the last couple months but now its much worse. and they did mris bc i have ms, didnt show much?

If you have a swollen bump than the report of MRI -'didn't show much' does not make sense. I would suggest pl. see a surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment.
