UTI? Prostate? STD?: UTIs are uncommon in males, although they become more frequent at your age, as prostate enlargement becomes common. An STD is possible, but unlikely if no abnormal urethral discharge. Of course STD is possible only if at risk, e.g. new or non-monogamous sex partner(s). See a doctor soon if the burning continues or otherwise uncertain. Good luck!
