Mri showed sphenoid and maxillary sinusitis. pressure on top of head, forehead, neck. mucus is clear but i am congested. 2 wk antibiotics did not help. what next?

Did you take steroid nasal spray at the same time with antibiotic(s)? If not, I would suggest steroid nasal spray OTC (Flonase, Nasacort) for one week as a trial and watch the symptoms.

Sinusitis is a common problem as soon as the weather is dry. You need to moisten the mucous and allow it to drain. Humidifiers, hot showers and sleeping with your head flat sideways so that the mucous can drain from the worst side. See the notes here: https://drneilmcleod.com/information-sheets/
