I took antibiotics for a swollen, clogged ear, finished 4 days ago. ear still pops, a bit sore when i swallow, now a sore throat with postnasal drip. had nasal endoscopy and mri 4 months back due to severe sinusitis, clear. when should i go to ent?

Left-side sore throat for > 1 yr. Pain varies from gone to moderate. Doesn't hurt to swallow. Seen 3 ents & gi. Nose / throat scoped 2x, upper GI scope & 2 mris 3 mos apart - no diagnosis. Any ideas?
