24wf had bug bite 4 wks ago on the leg. us findings3 small inguinal nodes with fatty hillas with largest sized 1.1-0,8-04cm. its not getting smaller or bigger. dr wants to do fnb ,since its been 2 months! should he take the whole node out?worry!?

The doctor who examined you has more information about your health. FNB is likely appropriate. You could watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. I agree with your having a biopsy if the surgeon recommends one, but I don't think full removal of the nodes is advisable.
