Sudden small movable swelling that feels like a soft oval ball, at the exact junction of gracilis muscle and inner mons pubis/left side groin. tripped two days prior getting out of tub and straddled legs. could this be lymph node or muscle injury?

It could be a lymph node or fatty tissue growth but doesn't appear to be a hernia. A strain of.muscle or inguinal ligament is likely with the scenario you described. See your MD as needed to examine that swelling or.lump.
