I think i may have inguinal hernias. there are two bumps on the inside of my thighs, one on each leg. is this anything to worry about?

Possible : Usually inguinal hernias are not inside the thigh, only way to find it out what they are , by examination by a physician , see your doctor.

Doubt hernia: Usually a hernia bulge appears in the lower abdomen just above the crease that separates the abdomen from the thigh. These may be lymph nodes based on your description. Either way if they persist or are associated with any tenderness see your doctor. Physical exam should be able to determine.
