Mgt: These findings should be further evaluated. These may be reactive lymph nodes which swell in response to inflammation or infection. Your PCP can further evaluate also with a CBC, diff, plts A chest radiograph may also be ordered.

They are probably: lymph nodes, which, at your age are probably benign. However, it's best to have them checked by your doctor. They will examine you and may need to do some testing.

Lymph nodes?: From your description, it sounds like they might be lymph nodes (glands). Since I can only go by what you are writing, it would be best to have your physician take a look and properly diagnose and treat the problem
