My face itches really bad then ill have a red patch & a few bumps, ill wash my face & put aveeno on it then minutes later the welt& bumps are gone but my face is still itchy & red. this comes and goes but its been happening for few days now. help?

Appears to be Seborrheic Dermatitis , a common problem on the face ,scalp and ears . Not infectious or contagious in any way at all. A combination of a mild steroid cream in combination with a good moisturizer should be helpful

Seems like you are allergic to something topical or systemic. Try to isolate and eliminate anything you suspect might cause it e.g. clothing soap , cosmetics, perfume food or vit. etc. In the meantime try to make a paste of powdered turmeric in water and apply that at night. take precautions for it can stain clothes and bedding. Hope you feel better. If not better see an allergist.
