You have changes in your lungs that are likely from the inflammation associated with your Covid infection. You should see a lung doctor so that this CT scan can be reviewed and any symptoms you might be having can be evaluated. Treatment will depend on the whole clinical picture and a lung doctor would be the best person to evaluate and treat you, if needed. And, get a Covid vaccine if you haven’t

The chest CT shows areas that are consistent with post COVID-19 inflammation which is more likely than bacterial pneumonia. There are no areas per this report of lung masses or areas of abscess formation. If you still have any symptoms, pulmonary function testing recommended. A virtual consultation with Healthtap is available.

While specific treatment may not be needed in this phase, follow up with a pulmonary specialist will be needed as to ensure healing and return to baseline pulmonary function. Specifically imaging with clearance of current changes would be needed.
