For a young healthy adult who takes a normal diet I think all dietary supplements are a waste of money and unhelpful. Too much of a good thing is not necessarily a good thing. You can also check with your MD on that.

These are probably safe but are not doing you any good other than lightening your wallet. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Why? A well balanced diet does not require supplements. Who said it's the recommended dose, the manufacturer who wants to sell more product? Isn you really want headful intake, see a Nutritionist and forget the pills.
