Right upper abdominal pain may be due to lots of things: constipation (even though you have have regular bowel movements), gall bladder disorders (such as cholecystitis), muscle strain, and pelvic/ovarian pain. Sometimes "referred" pain from your bladder, cervix (UTI or STI) or kidneys (kidney stone?) is responsible. Try to correlate pain with foods/drink ingested, exercise, time of month.

Right upper quadrant pain can be due to gallstones which can cause biliary colic or cholecystitis. It can also be due to inflammation or ulceration in the stomach or small intestine. If the pain continues, you may need a abdominal ultrasound or an upper endoscopy for further evaluation.
