Abdominal pain: Try having a bm if he has not yet because that may relieve the pain. If he jumps and hurts more on the right lower part of the abdomen, it could be an appendicitis so he should go to the ed for evaluation.

If it is..: ...Genuinely 9/10, go to the er. Gas pains can be excruciating, but so can appendicitis.
