I have been suffering with a periodontal abcess for 3 years and i have symptoms of fatigue, 300 straight days w a sore throat and headache, swollen lymph nodes, increased blood pressure and sugar levels... i cannot find any dentist to drain it?

I hope this is not a self diagnosis but by a dentist or dental surgeon. You should see your MD regarding the BP and sugar the have her/her recommend an oral surgeon or dentist and when you see one have them explain to you the diagnosis and the treatment. I think if you follow this you would be OK

Start with your primary care doc or establish with one. Based on exam, history and per discussion of options, your doc will come up with a plan that will include a possible referral to an ENT or oral surgeon as needed aside from likely imaging tests.

That's because drainage will not cure a chronic infection. Neither will antibiotics. If you have a gum abscess, see a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist, for treatment. You have an oral health dilemma, not a medical health dilemma. Your problem is not within the realm of training or experience for a General Physician, or an ENT. See a Periodontist. The chronic infection IS doing organ damage.

Go to a hospital in your area that has a dental clinic for a complete exam and treatment. Your other symptoms need to be addressed with a complete medical workup and blood test. You need treatment now, don't wait .
