Can ofloxacin ear drops cause hearing loss / damage to inner ear? took mistakenly in wrong ear 7 days. ear had no infection but did have perforation. hearing was fine before taking them. now have tinnitus, pressure, hearing decreased/muffled?

All those symptoms were reportedly uncommon side effects of Ofloxacin otic (ear drops), not because your eardrum is perforated. This drop is also used to treat otitis media as well. The side effects will resolve by time.
