Having recurrent fungal ear infections since 2/2021. i go to the ent every time. given acetic drops/ ofloxacin/antibios each time. now i have chronic sinusitis, is this the cause? can recurrent infections cause complications like meningitis? scared.?

I've never seen it, but chronic untreated sinusitis can cause meningitis. You should be in good hands as you're being treated and followed by an ENT specialist. However I recommend having a complete medical examination including appropriate lab work because of your recurrent fungal infections and chronic sinusitis.
