Lifestyle modificati: If a person has gout they should not drink alcohol, especially beer, and should not eat a lot of red meats, liver, hearts, sardines, and other things that can be found online. Things that are high in purines and that can increase uric acid can lead to a gout attack. If you are having a gout attack you should talk to your doctor for treatment and diet options tailored to you.
