Prevention of attack: High intake of proteins , alcohol may provoke an attack of painful gout , especially , with purine rich red meat and sea food. Answer to your question, chicken feet has more collagen as they contain skin and tendons only , if you have choice of eating them is better than red meat.

There is almost : Nothing to chicken foot soup (we used to eat it in taiwan)- scrawny chicken feet floating in a light broth. I don't know of ingredients in it that would trigger gouty attack.
