Please inform you surgeon of this issue before proceeding. Over time the issue of implant rejection has come into more scrutiny for breast implants. Your treatment team will know the most recent data that would be available for the implants they plan to use. Your condition, whatever it is may place you at higher risk of problems.

Please keep in mind that the implant may worsen your auto-immune disease. You may wish to reconsider your decision to have a breast augmentation. Wish you good health!
