Unfortunately : Unfortunately paget's disease of the breast requires surgery for a cure. However, there this does not necessarily have to be a mastectomy as a small outpatient surgery removing just the affected part of the breast followed by radiation therapy seems to work just as well.

True : True paget's disease of the breast is a rare form of breast cancer. I do not know of non-surgical means to treat this condition or any other type of breast cancer. Breast cancer is treated with surgery and sometime hormone therapy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
