Wash with antibiotic soap, ie CLN. Then apply gently but completely Polysporin ointment, not Neosporin, twice daily. Should help

The best option is to see a urologist to permanently fix this with a circumcision. For now be sure that when you wash you fully retract the foreskin and then pull it all the way forward. If it is tight do not force it.
