Right under my heart its tight. i feel likes its my esophagus pushing down on my diaphragm. its felt this way for a couple of months now. even if i dont eat. what could it be? i dont have acid reflux as much anymore and im 17 active girl?

The esophagus does not push down on the diaphragm. You are best off seeing your MD or a GI doc and let them diagnose the cause, for without exam and testing no diagnosis can be made. In the meantime try small meals several times a day, avoid spices and try deep breathing excescizes. You are young and with proper care will be fine.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
