Hi im in the 3rd trimester and ive been experiencing tight chest for a couple of hours now with shortness of breath and reflux. should i be worried? i feel like its a mini heart attack and i feel pain just around my bellybutton

Examination needed: I'm concerned about midabdominal pain,chest tightness and shortness of breath. Reflux wouldn't explain these symptoms. I recommend proceeding to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing will be obtained. Notify your obstetrician who, I believe, will agree with my recommendation. Emergency room physician will confer with your OB about testing and any treatmment proposals.
